The Micanopy Historical Society holds monthly meetings except the months of July and August. Most meetings are held in Ryan Hall at the Church of the Mediator in Micanopy on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 2:00 pm. The annual June Picnic and the September Ice Cream Social are held in the Thrasher Warehouse II building located behind the Micanopy Historical Society Museum. A Holiday/Christmas party is also held during December; date and location vary.
The Museum Docent meetings are held bi-monthly throughout the year at various times and locations.
